BOMBAY SAPPHIRE EXPERIENCE : BACARDI GLOBAL BRANDS
Appointed by Bacardi Global Brands as the Interior Designer, this commission was focused on establishing a permanent site for Bombay Sapphire the brand of gin, as a visitor centre and cocktail bar to show off the process of this particular gin’s distillation and demonstrate the flavours through the nosing and serving of exquisite cocktails.
This interior site consisted of two large railway arches and an interconnecting tunnel housing The Blue Room, Bombay Sapphire international competition drawing on celebrity design talent to create the next celebratory Bombay Sapphire drinking glass.
The new 370sqm interior named The Bombay Sapphire Experience is located at Vinoplois, London.
